4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made as follows:

  • Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required upon agreement of services.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or specified payment methods.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

6. Liability

Gardeners Sidcup is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

We guarantee that our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not accept liability for:

  • Damage caused by unforeseen weather conditions;
  • Pre-existing conditions in the garden;
  • Any third-party claims resulting from our services.

7. Equipment and Materials

Clients are responsible for providing access to necessary utilities and ensuring that the work area is safe and accessible.

We supply our own equipment and materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
